It takes a lot of dedicated people to pull off a festival, and our staff makes great things happen with the assistance of "just a bit of duct tape". All members are expected to contribute at least one evening a month for planning meetings and must have at least one good pair of shoes they are willing to sacrifice to the cause by wearing them out running errands.
If you think you have what it takes, or if you know someone who does, send us a nomination. We are always looking for competent new staff members.
